Getting Your Link
- Open the dashboard sidebar
- Click Refer & Earn (the gift icon)
- Click Copy next to your personal referral link
Share the link however you'd share anything else—email, Slack, a quick DM.
Note: Your link stays attributed to whoever clicks it for 60 days, so a referral doesn't need to sign up on the spot.
What They Get
Anyone who signs up through your link gets a 30-day trial, twice the standard 14 days. That's more time to build a session, run it with their team, and see if Kolab sticks.
What You Earn
When your referral becomes a paying customer, you earn a cash reward. The amount depends on the plan they land on:

Getting Paid
Rewards are paid out through Stripe. The first time you earn one, you'll need to connect a payout account—look for Set up payouts on the Refer & Earn page.
Heads up: There's a short hold of about 2 weeks after a qualifying purchase before a reward pays out, to cover refunds. If a fresh referral doesn't show a payout amount right away, that's normal—it appears once it's confirmed.
