With enough spaces, finding the right one can take longer than the session itself. Here's how to search your dashboard and track down spaces other people have shared with you.

Searching Your Spaces
Use the search bar on your dashboard to find a space by title. It covers every space you can actually reach:
- Your own team's spaces
- Any space explicitly shared with you—by name, by team, or by your email domain
Note: Search doesn't include spaces that are only link-shared with the public. It only finds spaces you've been specifically granted access to.
Start typing at least 2 characters to see results. Results are sorted with your most recently updated spaces first, so the space you were just working in tends to show up at the top.
Shared with Me
Spaces someone else shared with you live in a separate Shared with Me view, kept apart from your own spaces:
- A preview appears on the Home tab
- A full list is available under a Shared with Me tab in Spaces
Each shared space shows a badge noting who shared it with you.
Note: This view only appears once you actually have shared spaces, so most facilitators won't see it until someone shares one with them.
