Session-level recordings and transcripts live in each space's Session Capture panel—but if you want to see everything your team has ever captured, across every space, the Captures dashboard is where to look.
What You'll Find There
Open Captures in the dashboard sidebar to see a team-wide library of every recording, transcript, and AI summary from sessions across all of your team's spaces—not just the one you're currently in.
Each entry gives you:
- Downloads — MP4 for the recording, DOCX or Markdown (.md) for the transcript
- AI summary — expandable, with Copy and Download buttons
- Visual recap images — any graphic recordings generated for that session, downloadable
- Full transcript — open it directly without leaving the dashboard, with the same search and per-speaker talk-time breakdown available during a live session
Tip: This is the fastest way to find something from a session you didn't host yourself. The dashboard list itself isn't searchable—it's sorted chronologically—but once you open a transcript, you can search within it to jump straight to the moment you're after.
